Can any one tell me what type of figs these are? I went foraging in my neighbors trees this morning. The plan is to dehydrate them, and boy are they sweet and yummy.

Congratulations on the ribbons. You really worked hard and deserve all of them. The Okra looks great and those figs are wonderful. There are so many recipes for fig sauce and jams and tarts. :-)
